What is Raksha Bandhan?

Raksha Bandhan is a festival centered on care, affection, responsibility and the bond between siblings and loved ones. A rakhi is traditionally tied on the wrist as a symbol of protection and connection. Families may also share sweets, gifts, stories and time together.
